Currently serving as Principal Researcher, Ethics Resource Center, Washington, D.C. Presented a a number of national conferences on ethics and policy.

Served as either staff or on the Advisory Group of the National Business Ethics Survey conducted by the Ethics Resource Center in 2000, 2003, and 2005.

Conducted advanced four-week train-the-trainer short-course for select participants from Russia and Central Asia regions. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce and Casals & Associates. (April-May 2004)

Testified before U.S. Sentencing Commission on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations. Argued for requirement for integrating risk assessment, expected program outcomes, and program evaluation as well as special attention to the needs of the small to medium enterprise. (March 2004)
